The undersigned appoints Matthew G. Hegarty and Edward Matson Sibble, Jr., and each of them, as proxies, each with the power of substitution, and authorizes them to represent and vote for the undersigned at the Annual Meeting of Members to be held at 5:30 pm, on April 25, 2022, for the purposes set forth below. This proxy when properly executed will be voted in the manner directed. If no direction is made, this proxy will be cast for the election of the nominees for officers and directors proposed by the Nominating Committee and for the election of the Nominating Committee nominated by the President and the Board.
