Debbie Millin

Debbie Millin is CEO of UpperLevel Solutions supporting rapid-growth companies, and was the founding Chief Operating Officer at Globalization Partners/G-P, the industry-leading global employment platform. She grew G-P from 3 people to 1,000+, revenue from $17 million to $1 billion in annual recurring revenue and a $4.2 billion valuation in less than 6 years. Debbie has led two separate companies to achieve the honor of the #1 fastest growing private company in Massachusetts, and helped G-P achieve many awards for growth, company culture, and innovation, including FastCompany’s World Changing Ideas, and Crunchbase Female-Led Unicorns of 2022. Debbie serves on multiple committees at the Harvard Club, including Budget and Finance, Membership Experience, and currently chairs the Ambassador Program. She is a member of the Board of Trustees at the Museum of Science, the Advisory Board for Special Olympics of Massachusetts, and serves on the company boards of Neosoma and The KUR Method. Debbie graduated with honors from Bentley University and is an alumna of Harvard Business School (AMP202).  Club member since 201; Board since 2023.
