Whether you're a dedicated athlete or just starting your fitness journey, the Harvard Club of Boston has everything you need to achieve your goals. Our modern fitness facility features a wide range of weights and cardio machines, while our experienced personal trainers are available to provide expert guidance. Enjoy squash for both adults and kids, led by Sharon Bradey, former world professional squash player and coach. For those seeking a sense of community, join our group fitness classes such as tabata, yoga and pilates. Whatever your fitness level or preference, we're here to support you every step of the way.
Virtual Fitness
For a little extra motivation, join one of our virtual fitness classes. These focused group exercise classes are available to all members, accessible from anywhere in the world via Zoom.
Our classes include:
- A variety of yoga classes to accommodate all levels, including vinyasa yoga, yoga with core strength, and yoga with strength training
- Fitness classes focused on core, upper body, lower body, high-intensity workouts, and overall body mobility
- Pilates classes for a range of ages and fitness levels
- Mediation classes that includes breathwork to help balance the mind and body

Squash Programs
Our squash program at the Harvard Club of Boston offers an unparalleled experience for players of all levels. With access to four international squash courts, a hardball doubles court, and a series of leagues, tournaments, and box league play, there's always an opportunity to improve your game. We also provide private and group lessons, plus a series of exhibitions and clinics led by former United States Olympic team coach Sharon Bradey, who reached a career-high rank of #12 in the world.
Junior Program
The Club boasts one of the most active Junior Squash Programs in the Boston and is open to children ages 6-17 years for all levels of play. The following three sessions are offered:Session 1: September - December
Session 2: January - March
Session 3: April - June
Box League
Want to challenge your game? Join the Winter Box League, a popular program that runs from October through April.Interclub League Play
Members are welcome to represent the Club in the Mass Squash League that runs from mid-October through March. The League caters to all standards, and the Club fields teams accordingly. It commences in mid-October and runs weekly throughout the season. To compete in the League you must be a Mass Squash member.

Pickleball
Pickleball is the fastest-growing sport in America! Athletic members now have access to an official size court including all the equipment needed to play. Non-Athletic members can rent the court and equipment for a small fee. Anyone who wants to enjoy a casual game of pick-up pickleball can come to our monthly game night and play for free.
